We wanted to reach out with an update regarding our move to the Otay, CA facility and the launch of our new RMA portal. While we had originally planned for these changes to be completed earlier, unexpected circumstances have led to a delay. We are still actively working to finalize everything, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
The updated launch date for the new RMA portal and process is now set for December 2, 2024. We’re excited about the improvements this will bring to streamline your experience and enhance efficiency, and we appreciate your patience as we work toward this goal.
Due to the relocation process, we will be temporarily suspending all RMA services. We will not be providing or receiving any additional RMAs from now until November 10, 2024. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding during this transition period.
In conjunction with our move, we are also excited to announce the launch of our new RMA portal and process. This new system is designed to streamline your experience and improve efficiency. You will receive detailed instructions and information about the new RMA process in August.
